Since its debut on the ground floor of 360 Rosemary in West Palm Beach’s CityPlace early last year, Felice has delighted diners with elevated Tuscan favorites and a robust wine and cocktail program true to its Italian roots.
As the summer heat slows things down and draws out weekends in West Palm, visitors and locals can drop by for a taste of Italian splendor during brunch at Felice, offered Saturdays and Sundays, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Duck into one of Felice’s sumptuous booths and kick things off in true coastal Italian fashion with a refreshing spritz (Felice has four to select among) or a zero-proof sip. For the caffeine-devoted, the coffee program is faithful to Italian ways, with strong drip coffee, espresso, and cappuccinos crafted with Trucillo and Ammirati blends.
The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Roberto Maurizio, complements the ease of the weekend, offering something for everyone. Savory favorites include the omelette vegetariana, with zucchini, goat cheese, and baby kale, served with crispy roasted potatoes and fresh greens; the uova al forno, eggs baked in a light tomato sauce with sweet sausage, porcini mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, and truffle oil in cast iron (with bread for dipping, of course); and a fish sandwich, made with cod, pickled cucumber, tomato, pepper jack cheese, and tartar sauce. For diners with a sweet tooth, the french toast is a must, with homemade raisin brioche, strawberries, blueberries, and maple syrup.
Felice is located at 366 South Rosemary Avenue. For more information, visit felicerestaurants.com.
