Jemma’s Pearls is a one-of-a-kind oyster harvested at the Cape Cod Oyster Farm in Osterville, Massachusetts, which has produced exemplary oysters since the nineteenth century. The oysters are full-bodied, meaty, and deliver a medium salt content with a long, sweet finish. Jemma’s Pearls are produced 150 yards from the Nantucket Sound, giving them an extra touch of salinity.
