Where to Stay

With ample lodging options, it’s simple to find an accommodation for every taste and budget. Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is a perfect retreat for those who want a central location with waterfront views, offering spacious one- and two-bedroom suites that overlook some sweet scenic stretches of coastline and the Intracoastal Waterway. Located a few steps away is The Singer Oceanfront Resort, whose ocean views are easy to enjoy on their four-mile stretch of private beach or from one of their breathtaking oceanfront rooms.

Day One

Breakfast at Johnny Longboats

Rise and shine! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from your balcony at either property! Next, get breakfast at Johnny Longboats. Nestled in the heart of Singer Island, this longtime landmark has been a place where casual indoor and outdoor atmospheres, tropical flair and great taste intersect.

Enjoy breakfast favorites such as egg sandwiches, biscuits & gravy, eggs benedicts and much more!

Afterward, take a ride to Phil Foster Park. Hidden below the surface, and just a short swim from the park’s shoreline, the surrounding waters of the park host an abundance of unique marinelife that make this a one-of-a-kind, award-winning spot for snorkeling and diving. The park even has an Underwater Snorkel Trail teeming with vibrant coral formations.

Continue to enjoy the sights of marinelife by renting kayaks at Get Up and Go Kayaking Jupiter. Just when you thought the crystal-clear waters of The Palm Beaches could not get more exciting, this vendor offers clear-bottom kayaks, so you won’t miss a thing!

While heading back down south, stop for some lunch at Hog Snappers Tequesta, where you can enjoy the fresh catch and tasty sushi rolls, among other inventive dishes. It’s located a couple doors down from Tequesta Brewing Company. We thought you should know in the case you or your travel companion would like to grab a cold one, after a day on the water.

Continue on to John D. Macarthur Beach State Park, Palm Beach County’s only state park. Here you can enjoy ample beach and long winding nature trails. You may even spot the popular roseate spoonbill, and great blue heron during your visit.
Once you get hungry, visit Utiki Beach. Come dressed up or down for this dockside, tropical tiki restaurant! Do not let its casual vibe fool you; the food is unrivaled. While you wait, hop on the conch cruise, and take in the final hours of sunshine with a cocktail in hand. Post-dinner, if you’re open to continued exploration, take a short walk down the street to the Square Grouper for some live music and dancing.

Day Two

Grab a comfortable pair of walking shoes and prepare to discover some of the lesser known areas of The Palm Beaches. But first, fuel up with some morning coffee at the hotel. 3800 Ocean at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island or Coconuts on the Beach at the Hilton Singer Island offer a tasty way to start up the day.

Work off breakfast, with a walk along the mile-long boardwalk that is surrounded by 50 acres of wetlands at Wakodahatchee Wetlands. Originally opened in 1966, this site is part of the south section of the Great Florida Birding Trail and offers the opportunity to observe over 178 species of birds in their natural habitat.

This area is not only known for its wetlands, but is also only a short drive away from some of the county’s first breweries. Tick a few places off your Ale Trail bucket list such as Copperpoint, Due South or Nobo Brewing Company, which are located just a few doors down from each other. Grab a quick bite to eat at one of their food trucks and stay a bit, or head to Atlantic Avenue.

Home to shopping, restaurants, art and cultural flair, this Delray Beach neighborhood has long been welcoming guests and visitors. Deck 84 located on the Intracoastal Waterway brings the outdoor atmosphere in with its open-air vibes.
Start making your way back to the hotel, but not before a beautiful sunset cruise onboard Visit Palm Beach’s Hakuna Matata!  On-site drinks and light snacks make for a perfect happy hour on the water, while the day’s sun melts into the horizon.. Dinner awaits at Avocado Grill, located within walking distance from the dock in downtown West Palm Beach. Don’t be surprised if you are welcomed by the sounds of steel drums or a local saxophone player. This place is all about fun, and has fit into the culture in The Palm Beaches since Chef Julien Gremaud decided to call West Palm Beach home. If a night on the town is what you are after, enjoy a walk on Clematis Street for continued live music, dancing or a night cap!

Day Three

Today, head toward the Blue Heron Bridge for a quick stop at Paradise Chic Coffee and Gifts. A locally-owned coffee shop full of great coffee and served with local style. Now you’re ready to head to Peanut Island. Home to what once served as President John F. Kennedy’s bunker, this little island has a long, treasured history. Set in the middle of the Intracoastal, there is plenty of postcard-perfect space to spread out and explore. It can be easily accessed by water taxi from Riviera Beach Marina or Sailfish Marina.  The walking path around the island offers 360-degree views. Once you get to the cut out, enjoy a dip in the crystal blue waters.

After you have soaked up the sun, return aboard the water taxi to Sailfish Marina & Restaurant. Sit down and watch the boats come in, filled with the day’s fresh catches. Sailfish Marina & Restaurant offers a menu for everyone, but a must try is the fresh smoked fish dip. This light and tasty dish is a staple to the south Florida culture.

Find more fun in the sun at Rapids Water Park. That’s right, The Palm Beaches is home to South Florida’s largest waterpark. Ditch the lines and spend more time enjoying the thrills, with 42 water slides on 35 acres. Once you have had your fill, head back to the hotel and get ready for dinner.  When it comes to your last meal of the day, there are so many mouth-watering options to choose from in the destination. Tonight, let us take a trip to Harbourside Place — part shopping, live music, views and plenty of options for dinner.

From the Tommy Bahama Restaurant to Tiger Woods’ The Woods, it will be hard to narrow down. If you’re craving Mexican-fusion cuisine, Calvara’s Cantina is a great option in a vibrant,  Day of the Dead-inspired setting. As the sister restaurant to Voodoo Bayou, located in Downtown at The Gardens, this lively cantina serves classics with a fun twist. Don’t leave without trying the homemade queso fundido, with chorizo and duck empanadas. To cap off your  memorable evening in The Palm Beaches, explore the surrounding shops and galleries for local products and artwork, a nice way to remember your time in The Palm Beaches.
