Pride On The Block, West Palm Beach – June 1, 2024
Kick off Pride Month on the 500 block of Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach. With amazing food, music, and entertainment, Pride on the Block is the place to be this summer. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable celebration of love and inclusion!
Pride on the Block is an annual block party and fundraiser that draws crowds from all over South Florida to celebrate Pride Month and support our local LGBTQ+ nonprofit, TRANSPIRE HELP.
Cost: FREE.

A Celebration of Pride Exhibit – Opening June 5, 2024
In celebration of LGBTQIA+ Pride Month 2024, the Johnson History Museum presents two exhibitions that explore and celebrate the progress this community has made toward equality:
- In conjunction with the Royal Poinciana Plaza and Compass Community Center, the exhibit A Place for Pride photo retrospective charts the events that shaped this community both locally and nationally.
- The exhibit 50 Years: The Stonewall Uprising, from The Stonewall National Museum, Archives, & Library, examines the events leading up to, during, and after the Stonewall Uprising of 1969, which is often cited as the catalytic shift in the movement for equal rights for all.

2024 Pride 5K Run/Walk, – June 8, 2024
The Pride 5K Run/Walk Presented by Night Runners WPB will be an LGBTQ+ celebration that encompasses family fun and community unity through running and walking. The race will take place on Saturday, June 08, 2024 at 6:30 PM in West Palm Beach, Florida. All registered participants will receive a limited-edition shirt and unique event finisher medal!

Delray Beach Pride Fest & Concert – June 8, 2024
Join the City of Delray Beach for the fourth annual Pride Festival and Concert. The FREE event will start in Pineapple Grove on NE 2nd Avenue at 4 pm with live entertainment and vendors and end with a concert (TBD). Music will play at the Amphitheatre at Old School Square that evening. Music starts at 7:30 pm.
In 2021, the City of Delray Beach created the Pridescape painting of the inclusive flag at the Intersection of NE 2nd Avenue and NE 1st Street, in the historic district of Pineapple Grove where it remains today.

PBCHRC Pride Happy Hour – June 12, 2024
The Palm Beach County Human Rights Council will host a fundraising dinner at Meat Market Steakhouse Palm Beach from 5 to 7 p.m. 10% of dinner proceeds will go to the council. There will be hors d’oeuvres and happy hour cocktails.

Introduction to Pride Authors from South Florid – June 20, 2024
As the title suggests, Gregg Shapiro — author of nine books and anchor on Queer News Tonight — will feature notable authors in contemporary LGBTQ+ literature, including:
- Caridad Moro-Gronlier, newly named poet laureate of Miami-Dade County
- Julie Marie Wade, a 2024 Lambda Literary Award finalist
- Jubi Arriola-Headley, writer of the recently published poetry collection “Bound”
- Rick Karlin, author of “Last Call South Florida,” a history of LGBTQ+ bars from West Palm Beach to Key West
The discussion will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, at the Boca Raton Public Library. Admission is free.

Compass Stonewall Ball – June 29, 2024
Compass will celebrate love at the annual Stonewall Ball at the Hilton West Palm Beach! The evening promises great company, delicious food and drinks, a fabulous silent auction, live entertainment, an awards ceremony, and much more!

- VIP Awards and Cocktail Reception: 7 pm – 9 pm: The VIP Awards and Cocktail Reception is $150/ individual and $300/couple and includes hors d’oeuvres and open bar until 9 pm.
- Dance Party: 9 pm – Midnight: The Dance Party will feature entertainment, DJ Legato, and late-night snacks.
