Chef Michael Hackman and Melanie Hackman of Aioli and Pizzaioli in West Palm Beach will kick off a summer pizza collaboration at Pizzaioli with three of Palm Beach County’s celebrity chefs.
The series kicks off July 17 with a menu created with chef Marcello Fiorentino of La Sirena. This one night-only event will feature a four-course, take-out menu, including: bruschetta La Sirena, rigatoni alla vodka, scamorza affumicata and speck pizza, and tiramisu. The menu is $65 and feeds two to four people. Pre-orders are recommended.
The collaborations continue with pizzas created with James Beard-nominated chefs Pushkar Marathe and Lindsay Autry. From July 31 to August 3, savor a butter chicken pizza by Marathe ($24), and from August 14-17, enjoy the flavors of Autry’s iconic shareable with the “Tomato Pie” pizza ($24).
Pre-orders for the July 17 menu are available at Marcello’s La Sirena Collab and can be picked up between 4:30 and 8:30 p.m. at 7402 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach July 17.
