Feel Fit at Hilton West Palm Beach This Month

This July, the Hilton West Palm Beach’s back lawn will transform into a workout paradise, featuring group fitness and wellness classes.

On July 11, local guru Martha Popova will lead “Changing Frequencies: A Sound Healing Class,” from 8 to 9 p.m. The 60-minute class also includes meditation and reiki techniques for well-being. Then, stop by for free drop-in F45 training on July 13 from 8 to 8:45 a.m. The “F” in F45 stands for “functional fitness,” meaning movements that support you in your daily life, while the “45” is for 45 minutes. Each monthly class will merge three leading-edge fitness training styles into one heart-pumping workout, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training. The class is open to participants 18 years and older and all skill levels.

In addition, the hotel sets the scene for weekly classes, including HIIT with 1 Fitness on Wednesdays from 8 to 9 a.m.; Sculpt & Sweat with 1 Fitness’ Cloe Mimun on Saturdays from 9 to 9:45 a.m.; Saturdays; and Yoga with 1 Fitness on Sundays from 9 to 10 a.m. Classes are $10 for the public and free for hotel guests; all ages and skill levels are welcome.
