For over 25 years, Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute has provided excellent care for orthopaedic patients. Two distinguished surgeons, Dr. Andrew R. Noble (right) and Dr. Brian W. Hill (left), have earned well deserved recognition as top doctors in the Palm Beach area.
Dr. Andrew R. Noble, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with 17 years’ experience, specializes in knee and hip replacements. A graduate of Harvard School of Medicine’s Joint Replacement Fellowship, Dr. Noble is renowned for his expertise in advanced knee replacement techniques including robotic-assisted surgery. His outcomes have attracted a diverse range of athletes, including elite golfers and retired professionals. Outside his clinical roles, he serves as a mentor, speaker, and consultant, sharing insights into muscle-sparing direct anterior total hip replacements.
Prior to surgery, Dr. Noble integrates physical therapy, corticosteroids, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to alleviate pain, address inflammation, and enhance joint function. His advanced surgical recovery program significantly reduces or eliminates the need for opioid pain medications, enabling patients to leave the surgical suites on the same day. Dr. Noble’s innovative treatments and compassionate bedside manner have earned him widespread recognition as one of the area’s most prominent joint replacement surgeons.
Dr. Brian W. Hill is a board-certified shoulder and elbow specialist. Dr. Hill completed his fellowship at the world-renowned Rothman Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Hill has developed a practice focused on shoulder replacement and revision surgery. In addition, he utilizes both arthroscopic and open techniques to treat various shoulder and elbow disorders including sports injuries, instability, and fractures. Further, Dr. Hill serves as an assistant team physician for the Washington Nationals baseball team in Palm Beach and treats baseball players at various levels. Due to this experience, Dr. Hill has acquired state-of-the-art knowledge in treating athletes nonoperatively with various biologic injections and therapy.
During his career, Dr. Hill has authored and published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. He focuses on treating patients with evidence-based medicine, but most importantly he uses clear communication and compassion so he and his patients can make shared decisions for the best treatment options.
