Calling all whiskey afficionados! Warren Delray will host a grand tasting dinner with Pappy Van Winkle February 21 and 22. The chef’s tasting table experience will take place across two seatings, each limited to 12 spots. Featured whiskeys will include Old Rip Van Winkle 10, Van Winkle Family Reserve 12 Lot B, Van Winkle Family Reserve 13-Year Rye, Pappy Van Winkle 15, Pappy Van Winkle 20, and Pappy Van Winkle 23. Chef Nicole Totty will serve a menu designed to complement each pour. Highlights include compound butter and toast, satsumaimo pavé, charred escolar crudo, king crab agnolotti, sous vide Berkshire fillet, and whiskey dry-aged Phoenix New York strip.
