The Ultimate Week of Sports is Coming to The Palm Beaches
This February 18-29, gear up for 11 epic days of gameplay in five different sports.
It’s good to be a sports fan in The Palm Beaches. Not only are there 160 golf courses, scores of water sports and many other outdoor activities to choose from year-round, but 11 days in February brings together an elite slate of sporting events dubbed the Ultimate Week of Sports by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. During these action-packed days, you can catch five different sports around The Palm Beaches – including polo, PGA golf, professional tennis and Major League Baseball. Delray Beach Open Finals – February 18
Delray Beach Open Dates: February 9-18, 2024.
Come see tennis elite, both past and present, at the Delray Beach Open, Feb. 9-18, 2024—the only tournament in the world to feature both the ATP Tour and fan-favorite legends from the ATP Champions Tour. Now in its 32nd year, the tournament draws more than 60,000 spectators and reaches television audiences in over 50 countries over the course of 10 days. Catch the singles and doubles finals on Sunday, February 18.
Winter Equestrian Festival Week 7 Horse Show – February 21-25
Winter Equestrian Festival Dates: January 3 – March 31, 2024.
The Winter Equestrian Festival takes place at Wellington International, an award-winning venue that operates the largest and longest-running hunter/jumper horse show in the world while welcoming thousands of the world’s best riders from all 50 states and more than 42 countries. Spring Training Dates: February 24 – March 24, 2024.
Spring Training is a can’t-miss experience in The Palm Beaches, where the teams of the Grapefruit League warm up for the regular season under the South Florida sun. Head to Jupiter’s Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, where the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins spend their Spring Training. Ballpark of The Palm Beaches, Astros vs Mets – February 24

Located in the city of West Palm Beach a short distance from either Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike, The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches plays host to both the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros. This park is intimate, yet world-class. With just 7,700 seats, The Ballpark of The Palm Beaches is about a quarter of the size of MLB’s smallest regular-season stadium, but it offers big-league amenities, including a Craft Corner with a variety of craft beers on tap, suites, lawn seats starting at just $10 and ample parking. Palm Beach Polo Season rides into town from January 1 through April 21, 2024. Throughout those 16 weeks, the world’s finest horses, preeminent teams and most skilled players will be competing for the prestigious Gauntlet of Polo™. In the ultimate survival of the fittest, the Gauntlet of Polo comprises three elite tournaments: the C.V. Whitney Cup, the USPA Gold CupⓇ and the U.S. Open Polo ChampionshipⓇ. The team that wins all three takes home the largest prize in the sport: $1,000,000. The C.V. Whitney Cup – the first of three 22-goal tournaments in the Gaulet of Polo – runs from February 9-25. The Classic in The Palm Beaches (formerly known as Honda Classic) has been bringing top PGA TOUR talent to The Palm Beaches since 2003, providing a week of entertainment and one of the finest fan experiences around. The tournament features a field of 144 players and a purse of $7 million, with net proceeds benefiting the locally based Children’s Healthcare Charity. Tee it up with the game’s top players on the Champion Course the Monday of tournament week.
