This year, Hanukkah takes place December 7-15, and Tropical Smokehouse in West Palm Beach is at the ready to make your holiday prep a little easier. Chef Rick Mace is offering a certified DemKota Prime beef brisket ($105 for half, $185 for whole), smoked over a hardwood pit fire of oak and hickory. Each brisket is chilled, sliced, and dressed with a sweet-and-sour tomato sauce. All you’ll have to do is heat for about 30 minutes and serve. The briskets can be ordered here and will be available for pick up December 7-10 between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Each order must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
