The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority will host an array of celebrations leading up to Halloween, including a free concert by Zac N’ Fried, trick-or-treating, the annual Halloween Parade, and Kidsfest.
On October 27, from 6 to 10 p.m., The Amphitheatre at Old School Square will set the scene for a performance by Zac N’ Fried, a beloved Zac Brown Band tribute band. Gates open at 6 p.m., and music starts at 7 p.m. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site or bring your takeout from a downtown restaurant.
Halloween in Downtown Delray Beach kicks off on October 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day’s festivities include Trick-or-Treating on the Avenue from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On the same day, the sixty-first annual Halloween Parade will take off from Southeast/Northeast 5 Avenue, making its way to Old School Square, beginning at 1 p.m. Organized by The Rotary Club of Delray Beach, be a part of the parade and show off your costumes! Meet on Atlantic Avenue to line up for the parade, where Halloween Kidsfest awaits. Participants can enjoy free ice cream upon entering.
After the parade, enjoy Halloween Kidsfest at The Park at Old School Square from 12 to 4 p.m. Organized by the City of Delray Beach Parks and Recreation Department, the event will take place at Old School Square and feature food, vendors, arts and crafts, entertainment, and more.
