Peru is on tap September 17-23, with an appetizer of coconut ceviche and an entree of lomo saltado (stir-fried steak, beef demi, onions, peppers, papas fritas, and cilantro lime rice).
Return September 24-30 to savor Colombia, as expressed in an appetizer of shrimp and gorgonzola carimanolas, sweet Cartagena steak, and maracuya sponge cake.
Brazil takes center stage October 1-7, with a manioc and sun-dried beef croquette appetizer, an entrée of picanha churrasco, and pudim de leite (caramel flan with a Brazilian nut crumble) for dessert.
Cuba will close out the month October 8-15, with a menu of yucca mojo, ropa vieja, and arroz con leche.
