Florida native, Jay Hartington, is the co-owner and CEO of Marissa Collections. Established in the heart of Naples, Florida, in 1975, Marissa Collections is a family-owned and operated luxury boutique at The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach. Known for highly curated collections of jewelry, apparel, and accessories, Marissa Collections carries designers Oscar de la Renta, Brunello Cucinelli, Dolce & Gabbana, Kwiat, Foundrae, Sidney Garber, Irene Neuwirth, Brent Neale, David Webb, and more. Opening The Jewelry Gallery and marissacollections.com over a decade ago are amongst a few examples of the innovative expansion plans Jay has successfully launched at Marissa Collections, alongside a 5,400-square-foot Palm Beach Penthouse addition and new boutique at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in the Fall.
Hartington ventured into the world of finance as an investment banker before joining forces with his parents. His professional influence extends to the Couture Retail Advisory Council, where he provides contributions and is a Gemological Institute of America Accredited Jewelry Professional. In 2022, Marissa Collections won the GEM Award for Retail Excellence, recognizing the transformative impact Marissa Collections established in the jewelry retail sector. Hartington’s multifaceted contributions in the realms of luxury retail, local community involvement, and family are all influenced through Marissa Collections.
