Since first opening in Port St. Lucie in 2009, Berry Fresh Café has expanded to three more locations in Jupiter, Stuart, and now Palm Beach Gardens, earning a reputation for farm-fresh breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites along the way. Founder Tim Timoteo runs the restaurants alongside his son, Mitch, and a family-friendly atmosphere permeates the new Gardens location. For all Berry Fresh newbies, we offer some insight into what to order during your first breakfast/brunch visit.
- Start with the biscuits. These freshly baked biscuits do not disappoint—especially when slathered with some apple butter, mixed-berry jam, and/or jalapeño red pepper jelly. The best part? A dollar from each purchase is donated to the café’s associate assistance fund with Mr. T’s outreach.
- Try a new fall offering. Berry Fresh rolls out seasonal menu items regularly, and one of the newest delicacies is the Cheesecake Pumpkin Chocolate Pancake Explosion. Designed for those with a wicked sweet tooth, this dish comes with a stack of chocolate chip stuffed pumpkin pancakes, topped with a slice of salted caramel cheesecake, chocolate chips, homemade country cream, and some fresh chantilly.
- Prefer something salty? If your cravings lie on the savory side, opt for the O.M.G. Homemade Corned Beef Hash. This plate features slow-roasted brisket with chopped peppers, onions, and potatoes, all grilled up and served with eggs any style.
- You can’t go wrong with quiche. There are truly an array of unique delicacies dotting the Berry Fresh menu, from the Nashville Chicken Benedict to the Birria Breakfast Tacos. For brunch purists, however, the quiche is a must-order. Even for those who visit regularly, there’s always something new to love about this dish, as it is frequently updated with fresh ingredients that reflect the flavors of the season.
